Job summary

Companion Care Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will provide essential daily living support, personal care, and mobility assistance to clients in their homes.

The role emphasizes compassionate, one-on-one care, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is useful for travel between clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, kindness, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and basic daily living support.
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility for appointments and walks.
• Plan meals and assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to shops.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report incidents.
