Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver (HCA)/Certified Nurse Assistant to support residents with dignity and compassion in a warm, home-like environment where purpose and positivity are valued. You will assist with ADLs, transfers, bathing, toileting, and mobility per resident plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents as part of a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must demonstrate compassionate patient care and communication.
• Certifications: CNA or HCA as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with ADLs, environmental orientation, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services per resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Build relationships with residents and support a positive community.
