Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors in their homes. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering companionship and a range of daily living assistance, on a schedule of seven days a week with two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening.

Responsibilities include light cooking and cleaning, bathing and grooming, ambulation assistance, and transportation for appointments and errands.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state required)
