Job summary

HomeWell Care Services NC222 is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to join our team. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help with meals and light housekeeping. Flexible scheduling allows days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about helping others and seek meaningful part-time or full-time caregiving roles with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Current TB Skin test (within 2 years).
• Previous caregiving, healthcare, customer service, or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required.
• CNA, PCA, nursing students, healthcare students, retirees, and career changers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and ensure client safety.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands, as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the HomeWell team.
