Job summary

Trustwell Living is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate care team in a supportive community. We provide full medical benefits for all full-time staff and substantial paid time off.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain a home-like environment, and build meaningful relationships with residents. Qualified candidates may have at least 1 year of experience, CNA certification as required by state, CPR/First Aid preferred, and ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA certification when required by the state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
