Qualifications

• Experience with dementia is beneficial.

• Empathy, a positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Encourage participation in activities and provide companionship.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a home-like environment.
• Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.
