Qualifications

• Experience supporting seniors or dementia care is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plan instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a compassionate caregiving team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Encourage participation in activities and provide companionship to promote social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a home-like environment.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medications as needed.
