Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities, fostering independence with compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
