Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Patient, compassionate and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real relationships and motivate participants to live well.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure consistency of care.
