Job summary

Sevita is seeking caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. Starting pay is $15.75 per hour, with a full benefits package for full-time roles and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue personal goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and communicate effectively with supervisors.
