Pay rate is $9.00/hr with a full benefits package for full-time roles. The position requires a high school diploma and at least six months in human services, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and meet personal goals.
