Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate way that preserves their dignity and independence.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match, plus daily pay and PTO. CNA coursework and ongoing training are available to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Willing to complete CNA course within six months of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia.
