Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver Assistant to support residents and assist with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement. You’ll work under branch leadership to adapt to changing resident needs and contribute to a compassionate, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) course within six months of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in daily living activities, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches.
