Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support resident care with compassion and dignity, helping residents live life to the fullest. The role offers benefits for full-time and select voluntary options for part-time staff, with daily pay available.

Responsibilities include personal care per service plans, daily living activities, and communication with branch leadership when needs change. CPR/First Aid and CNA license are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to take additional state-required training.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
