Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will support residents with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement while maintaining dignity and compassion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide within six months of hire.
• Willingness to pursue required trainings per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Know residents you serve and care per individual plans.
• Assist in daily living activities, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to branch leadership.
• Know approaches to care for residents with dementia.
