• Written and verbal communication skills needed for effective interaction.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on service plans.
• Assist in activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of dementia care approaches and resident safety.
