You will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, meals, and social activities, and communicate changes to branch leadership. This role requires empathy, reliability, and teamwork to help residents live their fullest lives.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including daily living activities, meals and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches.
