Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year related experience.
• Able and willing to complete CNA course within six months.
• Willing to take additional state-required trainings.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of daily living, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when resident needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia knowledge.
