Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents across our communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure comfort, safety and dignity, and work within a supportive team to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA).
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while adhering to community protocols, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support for the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds, tidying rooms, etc.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
