Qualifications

• At least 12 months of caregiving experience in a professional setting.
• Memory care experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety guidelines.
• Provide emotional support, engagement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
