Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Rocklin, CA, is seeking caring Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

You will work in a team to create a supportive environment, encourage participation in enrichment activities, and maintain respectful communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State-required caregiver training/certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Promote independence and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain room tidiness.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
