Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring a Care Partner to join our full-time team. The role involves assisting residents with ADLs and providing compassionate, empathetic support. Expect a pay range of $18–$21 per hour with a regular 7:00am–7:00pm shift rotation and a two-week schedule cycle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop most of the day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Provide human connection and empathy during vulnerable moments.
• Be present, share talents, and support teammates and community.
