Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for full-time 7:00am–7:00pm shifts in a home-like environment where residents are cared for with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, fostering connections, and supporting residents during daily activities and after falls. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be fluent in English. We value a positive, energetic attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents and demonstrate empathy in daily interactions.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing and walking; support after a fall as needed.
• Support residents with daily tasks while promoting independence and dignity.
