Arrow Senior Living in Ann Arbor is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities in a home-like setting. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility, while building trust through empathy and consistent, respectful interactions.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. This full-time role requires 18+ to work 50-pound lifts, basic computer use, and clear English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be active with standing, walking, bending and kneeling.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist Residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• Must pass criminal background clearance.
