Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner in Ann Arbor, MI to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate support in a home-like setting.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read and communicate in English. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Foster empathy and create a warm, inclusive environment and build rapport with residents.
• Support residents with mobility and safety, including fall assistance.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00pm to 6:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
