University Living in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for a part-time role. You will support residents with daily activities and provide a friendly, empathetic presence across shifts.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a high school diploma, and communicate well in English. The job emphasizes respect, teamwork, and ongoing development within a resident‑centered environment.

Qualifikationen

• You must be at least eighteen years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team members.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• You must be physically active for standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds and assist residents after a fall.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday

Week 2: Wednesday

7:00pm to 6:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
