Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living tasks in a home-like setting. This Full-Time position offers hourly pay between $18 and $24 and a stable schedule in North Royalton, OH.

You will assist with ADLs, promote empathy, and help maintain a welcoming community. Applicants should be 18+, have a HS diploma, English proficiency, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active, able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall assistance.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by engaging with residents and the team.
• Support empathy-driven interactions to enhance residents' quality of life.
