You will work in a team, participate in life enrichment programs, and help maintain residents' privacy. A high school diploma and caregiver certifications are required, with weekend rotation and benefits including health coverage and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while ensuring safety and privacy.
• Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a tidy living area.
