Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• First Aid and CPR certifications or ability to obtain.
• Memory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Promote independence, comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain clean spaces.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
