Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate and individualized direct care to residents in a supportive environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting independence and privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed, while adhering to community protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to support independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs and social interactions.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and keeping rooms tidy.
• Promote open communication between residents, families, healthcare professionals, and staff.
