Cogir Senior Living seeks Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living while promoting independence, privacy, safety and dignity. You'll work in a team-oriented environment and participate in weekend rotations to support uninterrupted resident care.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, patience, and a commitment to treating residents with respect, within a supportive care team and community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while maintaining safety and privacy.
• Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and companionship to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to support resident comfort.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
