Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Associate – Assisted Living – PRN as Needed in Chicago, IL. The role supports residents under supervision of an RN/LPN and a Director of Health & Wellness, providing vital signs, daily living assistance, and emotional support.

Responsibilities include documenting changes, assisting with reminders and activities, and ensuring resident rights and dignity are upheld. A High School Diploma and CNA licensure per state may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year clinical/nursing experience preferred.
• Proficient communication in English; ability to respond to emergencies.
• CNA licensure may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming and daily living activities.
• Support residents with mobility and skin care.
• Contribute to assessments and care plans.
