Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working in senior care.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• CNA or CHHA license may be needed based on state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders and daily living activities.
• Follow schedule of resident needs as set by supervisor.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance in a log.
• Report any resident issues to supervisor.
• Encourage independence and dignity of residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents.
