Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for assisted living, performing direct resident care under supervision and contributing to plans of care. You will take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and ensure residents' dignity and safety.

Full-time role in Illinois with a comprehensive benefits package and DailyPay. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, CNA licensure per state, and 1+ year clinical experience; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; one to three months related training or experience can suffice.
• Clinical/nursing background and CNA licensure per state requirements are preferred.
• Acceptable English proficiency to perform duties and communicate in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and contribute to care plans.
• Follow supervisor-guided resident schedules and respond to concerns.
• Respect resident rights, dignity, and independence.
