Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Care Associate/CNA to support residents in an Assisted Living program in Northbrook, IL. This full-time role covers morning, evening and overnight shifts, focusing on activities of daily living, emotional support and safety.

You will document care activities, follow supervisor schedules and collaborate with a compassionate team to maintain residents’ dignity and independence. Experience in senior care (1+ year) and a valid CNA/CHHA license as required by state will help

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in senior care.
• Ability to communicate in English with residents and staff.
• Must possess CNA or CHHA license depending on state.
• Ability to use basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Escort residents and follow care schedules.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues.
• Support independence and dignity of residents.
