Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in our contracted facilities. The role focuses on personal care, daily living activities, and assisting the Nursing Department in accordance with established policies.

Responsibilities include vital signs, observation, documentation, and timely communication with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and comfort. A compassionate approach and adherence to infection control are essential.

Qualifications

• Meets all applicable state and federal CNA requirements.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Ability to follow Nursing Department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support for daily living activities and vital signs.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents to the nurse promptly.
• Respond to resident call signals and maintain safety and infection control.
• Communicate with nurses regarding resident conditions and concerns.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
