We are a nonprofit veterinary hospital dedicated to emergency and specialty care. The ideal candidate has customer service and finance experience, with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, finance, or a veterinary/medical setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit and verify client charges for accuracy.
• Prepare and update cost-of-care estimates.
• Process client and hospital payments.
• Review invoices and resolve routine billing issues.
• Track missed charges and help improve financial workflows.
• Communicate payment options and financial updates to clients.
• Assist with special projects and administrative support.
