The role requires strong communication and organizational abilities, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, and related field study is preferred; experience in behavioral health is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in mental/behavioral health environment preferred; 12-Step program experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulation.
• Assist with behavioral interventions and crisis management, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Engage clients in activities to promote engagement and socialization.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans.
