Formación

• Ability to pass Federal, State and Local Law Level 2 background clearances.
• Capability to participate in crisis intervention and CPR/First Aid training.

Responsabilidades

• Make frequent rounds of the facility to ensure client safety.
• Observe clients for behavioral changes and motivate participation.
• Advise clients using verbal de-escalation techniques.
• Document interactions, daily notes, and incident reports.
• Assist clients in preparing for court appearances.
