Thursday–Saturday, 9:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m.
An additional $2.00 per hour shift differential is paid for all overnight hours worked
Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulation
Assist with behavioral interventions and crisis management while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses, to implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in activities such as recreation therapy, educational programs, and community outings to promote client engagement and socialization
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and services provided
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field, such as psychology or social work, preferred
Ability to work Thursday–Saturday from 9:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m., including holidays as scheduled
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience working in a mental or behavioral health environment preferred
Experience with the 12-Step program required
Must have an acceptable driving record and successfully complete a background check
