You will provide one-on-one client support, assist with behavioral interventions, and collaborate with therapists and nurses to implement personalized treatment plans. The role requires strong communication and adaptability, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience working in mental/behavioral health environment preferred
• Experience with the 12-Step program required
• Must have an acceptable driving record and complete a background check

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans

• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Monday–Thursday, 1:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

• Sunday–Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
