Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulation
Assist with behavioral interventions and crisis management, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses, to implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in activities, such as recreation therapy, educational programs, and community outings, to promote client engagement and socialization
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience working in mental/behavioral health environment preferred
Experience with the 12-Step program required
Must have an acceptable driving record and complete a background check

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Monday–Thursday, 1:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
Sunday–Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
