Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support our behavioral healthcare programs in the Pittsburgh area. You will complete intake processes, document client information, and help coordinate activities while aligning with treatment goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma, contributes to a safe and supportive environment, and offers a starting hourly rate of $15 with full-time benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the intake process with new clients into program
• Maintains client documentation
• Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
• Coordination of client activities
• Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
• Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
• Assists with the dietary needs of clients
• Other duties as assigned
