Qualificações

• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate urgency related to patient safety and provide excellent customer services.
• Ensure well-being of patients and provide a positive, structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision at 15-minute intervals as required.
• Document timely, accurate medical information in patient records.
• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, hydration).
• Provide transportation for patients or coordinate transport as needed.
• Engage patients in activities to support treatment goals.
