Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, help maintain a safe, structured environment, and support recovery for patients in a compassionate, professional setting.

This role offers meaningful work, consistent hours, and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network. Training is provided on hire, with CPR and de-escalation certification required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with similar patient populations preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
