Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per their care plan.
• Light housekeeping as outlined by the resident's care plan.
• Document all ADL services provided.
• Answer pendent calls promptly and take appropriate action.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as assigned.
