Boca Recovery Center is seeking an Admissions Representative to manage the admissions process, screen potential patients, and provide information to families. The role requires coordinating with referral sources, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, and presenting the center in a professional, empathetic manner.

Location is on-site in Springfield MA; experience in addiction treatment and strong interpersonal skills are essential for guiding patients through admission and program decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating patient admissions in a treatment setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and 12-Step programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Competency in data entry and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process and serve as initial contact for patients and families.
• Conduct initial screenings and answer questions about the program and admissions.
• Input accurate demographic and admissions data into Salesforce and track follow-ups.
• Represent Boca Recovery Center professionally with empathy and integrity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate seamless handoffs.
