Qualifications

• At least one year of experience coordinating patient admissions in a chemical dependency treatment setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, including 12-Step Recovery programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiry calls and conduct initial screenings for admission.
• Maintain accurate data entry in Salesforce and ensure timely communications.
• Build rapport with clients and families, representing the center professionally.
