Job summary

Pleasant Lake Villa – Parma is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to welcome new residents and guide them through the admissions process with care and professionalism.

The role manages referrals, coordinates tours, and ensures all forms are completed accurately and on time, in line with regulations. Strong communication and customer service are essential to support residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a health care setting.
• Experience with PointClickCare and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions lifecycle from inquiry to orientation.
• Evaluate referrals to align with medical, clinical, and financial criteria.
• Build referral relationships with hospitals, social workers, and community agencies.
• Provide tours to potential residents and families.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of forms and documentation per regulations.
• Support residents and families throughout the admissions process.
