Job summary

Restore ABA & Speech Therapy in Humble, TX is seeking dedicated pre-school teachers, Behavior Technicians, or RBTs to provide ABA therapy under BCBA/QBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans, deliver one-on-one sessions at homes, schools, and clinics, and help clients acquire essential life skills.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, collaboration with the treatment team, and adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current certification as an RBT (BACB) preferred; sponsorship available for the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and the treatment team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) under supervision to determine root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Implement individualized ABA programs and BIPs based on client goals.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in homes, schools, and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress with accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure consistent therapy plan implementation.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training to generalize skills in natural environments.
