Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is seeking a dedicated Pre-school teacher or Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is vital for implementing intervention plans and helping clients develop essential life skills.

The ideal candidate will hold RBT certification and possess strong interpersonal skills with a passion for improving lives. The position offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, and contract options, and requires in-person work in Humble, Texas.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Assist in the development and modification of ABA programs.
• Conduct parent training sessions on ABA techniques.
